Fitness Supervisor – Kuwait

We’re hiring a Head Coach to lead the fitness department of one of Kuwait’s most exclusive health clubs.

Position - Head Coach

Reporting To - General Manager

Salary Basic - 600kd/AED 7000/£1480 (Tax Free)

OTE - 1200kd/AED 14000/£2960 - Equivalent to UK £42,000 Annual Gross

This is an important role within our business. You’ll be fully responsible for the commercial performance of the fitness department, including:

  • Personal Training Sales (PTS)
  • Personal Training Conductions (PTC)
  • Personal Training Penetration (PTP)
  • Group Exercise Penetration & Occupancy
  • InBody and ancillary income sales

You’ll also oversee:

  • Scheduling & class planning
  • Event planning and execution
  • Team training and development
  • Performance management
  • Department budgeting, forecasting & KPI tracking

You will have the opportunity to deliver personal training sessions and deliver group exercise classes to boost income.

Minimum Requirement: 2 years of experience managing all the areas listed above.
