About Caring Homes

For over 30 years, we’ve built a business based on genuine care. Our residents and their families always come first, and every decision we make reflects that.

Caring Homes began in 1994, founded by Helena and Paul Jeffery,  a mother-and-son team who believed care should feel like home. That belief still drives us today. We’re here to make each of our homes the best possible place to live and work.

We treat each other like family. We’re caring, accountable, open, and we work as one team.

So, if that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you.

Vision and values

Our mission is simple: to make every home the best place to live and work. That means leading with care, respect, and kindness. We work as a team, we look out for each other, and we treat our residents and each other like family.

Wellbeing

We want you to enjoy coming to work - and enjoy life outside of it, too. We offer flexible hours, along with mental health support and a range of benefits to support you. Wellbeing comes first.

Inclusiveness

At Caring Homes, diversity isn’t just a policy. You'll be treated with respect, kindness, and fairness. We’re proud to be a workplace where everyone’s voice matters, and we celebrate every nationality and culture.

Employee benefits

We know how hard our teams work, so we give back in ways that count: From competitive salaries and flexible working opportunities to health and wellbeing resources, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.

Learning and development

Whether you’re brand new to care or have lots of experience, we’ll support every stage of your career. Our L&D includes hands-on training, mentoring, and nationally recognised qualifications, plus solid opportunities for career progression.
