Summary
You will have a proven track record in new business development and account management, selling commercial fitness equipment with a record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the South of England. This is an opportunity to join Johnson Health Tech who are the largest and fastest growing manufacturer of fitness equipment in the world. We are looking for a highly experienced, self-starting, creative and engaging Senior Sales Manager to join our already successful Regional team.
The role will require extensive travel, mainly within the UK. The successful candidate will reside in the South of England.

Summary
We welcome candidates with a field sales background as well as those with experience in fitness or group exercise. You will have a desire to succeed, be tenacious and willing to learn new skills.
The role will require extensive travel, mainly within the UK. The successful candidate will reside in the South of England.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets as agreed with your line manager, by developing new business opportunities within the sector and growing existing accounts.
- Accurate sales forecasting.
- Keep abreast of all Matrix products and services.
- Deliver training on product and the benefits to customers at site.
- Attend internal sales meetings as required and represent the business at trade shows in the UK and Europe.
- Attend customer installations.
Qualifications
- Good standard of education
- A excellent understanding of Fitness and the Fitness Industry
- A degree in sports science or similar is preferred, though not essential.
Experience and skills
- Self Starter, Motivated, Creative, Ambitious, Works well in a team, can follow and improve on instructions given and most importantly is personable.
- Efficient in time management and personal organisational skills.
- Good communication, both written and oral. · Proven selling and presentation skills.
- Well networked and good knowledge of the industry.
- Self motivated, KPI driven with a desire to succeed.
- Must think outside of the box, be innovative and solutions driven.
- Must live within the territory.
- A good team player willing to support and help colleagues develop.
- Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel
