As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the GM’s right hand — leading the team, running smooth operations, and delivering standout guest experiences every day.

You’ll:

• Support the GM in daily operations and KPIs

• Drive guest satisfaction through quality, speed, and service

• Lead, coach, and develop your team

• Uphold food safety and compliance standards

• Step up and run the restaurant in the GM’s absence

• Help control costs and boost local engagement

• Live our values and create an inclusive, positive culture

• A fun, people-first attitude

• Hands-on leadership in hospitality or food service

• Knowledge of food and health & safety standards

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Flexibility and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
