We are currently looking for a passionate Event Services and Bar Manager, to join our Banqueting and Operations Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As an Event Services and Bar Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Oversee all beverage-related operations within event and banqueting spaces, ensuring consistency in luxury service standards.

Manage and supervise event bar setups, bar stock levels, equipment, and cleanliness in line with hotel SOPs.

Maintain and be in charge of beverage inventory for the department

Ensure all team members deliver a consistently high level of service in line with The Landmark London's LQA

Liaise with clients and event planners to customize bar offerings, signature cocktails, and wine selections tailored to the event's style and budget.

Manage beverage cost control, forecasting, and budgeting for event bars.

Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure all inventory is accounted for and replenished as needed.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
