We're looking for an inspiring General Manager to take the helm at The Sanctuary House Hotel, one of our flagship Fuller's sites in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who lives and breathes hospitality. The Sanctuary House combines a traditional Fuller's pub and dining room with a 35-bedroom boutique hotel.

As General Manager, you'll...

• Lead and inspire a passionate, established team
• Take full accountability for both commercial performance and guest experience

• Continue the Fuller's tradition of delivering exceptional hospitality in every area throughout the customer journey

• A proven track record of delivering great results and memorable guest experiences
• Confidence managing multi-revenue streams (pub, food, and rooms)
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills
