We are a vibrant, multi-attraction Family Entertainment Centre, offering a wide range of activities including arcade games, bowling, laser tag, soft play, and food & beverage services — all under one roof. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fun, safe, and energetic environment.

We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our front-line operations team.

About the Role:

As a Team Member, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll work across various areas of the venue — from welcoming families at reception, assisting at attractions, serving food & drinks, to helping with parties and events. Every day is different, and every shift is an opportunity to make someone’s day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service across all areas of the venue
• Assist with the operation of attractions such as bowling, laser tag, and karaoke
• Support the food & beverage team in preparing and serving menu items
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the centre
• Help with party hosting, group bookings, and special events
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Proactively engage with guests to enhance their overall experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, school holidays, and peak periods
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential – full training provided
