Sales and Membership Manager - Kuwait

  • Basic Salary: 850kwd/10,000AED/£32,000 (UK Equivalent)
  • OTE: 1300kwd/15,000AED/£49,000 (UK Equivalent)

We are now looking for a driven, ambitious, and relentlessly hardworking Sales and Membership Manager to join us at this pivotal moment.

This role is for someone who wants to grow fast, deliver exceptional results, and play a key part in our next chapter.

To be considered, you must already:

  • Understand and apply the 8 stages at a high level - You will be tested on this at interview. 
  • Know the Big 5 KPIs inside out
  • Know the Big 4 ratios and how to drive them
  • Live and breathe performance, accountability, and member experience
